At Art Living Decor, we aim to deliver your orders safely and within the committed timelines. Please read the shipping and delivery terms carefully before placing an order.


Domestic Shipping (India)

  • All domestic orders are shipped through registered and reliable courier partners and/or India Speed Post.
  • Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2–7 working days from the date of order confirmation, unless otherwise specified at the time of purchase.
  • Delivery timelines may vary depending on the delivery location, product availability, courier partner operations, and unforeseen circumstances.
  • Delivery time: Standard Delivery 5–10 business days. Express Delivery 3-5 business days.

International Shipping

  • International orders are shipped through registered international courier companies and/or International Speed Post.
  • Shipping timelines for international deliveries may vary based on destination country, customs clearance, courier partner policies, and local regulations.
  • Any customs duties, taxes, or import charges applicable in the destination country shall be borne by the customer.


Delivery Information

  • All orders will be delivered to the shipping address provided by the customer at the time of placing the order.
  • Customers are requested to ensure that the delivery address and contact details are accurate and complete.
  • Art Living Decor shall not be responsible for delivery delays or failures caused due to incorrect or incomplete address details.


Shipping Delays

While we strive to meet delivery timelines, delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, including but not limited to:

  • Courier partner delays
  • Natural calamities
  • Government regulations
  • Customs clearance (for international orders)
  • Remote or non-serviceable locations

Such delays do not entitle the customer to cancellation or refund unless explicitly approved by Art Living Decor.


Damaged or Missing Shipments

  • If you receive a damaged package, please inform us within 24 hours of delivery along with clear photos or videos.
  • Claims raised after this period may not be accepted.
