RETURN, REFUND, EXCHANGE & CANCELLATION POLICY

At Art Living Decor, our goal is to ensure that you are satisfied with every product you purchase from us. Each product is carefully curated and quality-checked before dispatch.

Please read this policy carefully to understand how returns, refunds, exchanges, and cancellations are handled.

Important Notice

Once an order has been dispatched from our warehouse, it cannot be cancelled or refunded, except in cases where a defective or damaged product has been delivered.


RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Manufacturing Defects

  • If you receive a product with an unfixable manufacturing defect, please notify us within 24 hours of receiving the product.
  • You must share clear photos and/or videos of the defect along with your order number.
  • After verification by our Quality Assurance team, we will initiate a return and refund as applicable.
  • Refunds are processed only after the returned product passes our quality inspection.

Returns or refunds are strictly applicable only in cases of manufacturing defects.


Variations in Natural & Handmade Products

Please note:

  • Products made from natural or handcrafted materials such as Wood, Marble, Terracotta, Raffia, Shell, natural stones, and hand-painted or handmade items may vary in color, texture, shape, or finish.
  • These variations are natural characteristics of such products and do not qualify as defects.

Art Living Decor does not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for variations arising due to natural materials or handcrafted processes.


EXCHANGE POLICY

We offer exchanges under the following circumstances:

1. Damaged Product on Arrival

  • If your product arrives physically damaged, you must inform us within 24 hours of delivery
  • Please email us at info.artlivingdecor@gmail.com with:
    • Order number

    • Description of the issue

    • Clear photos and videos of the damaged product

Alternatively, you may contact us via phone or WhatsApp at +91 98117 99922, +91 97175 87012, Monday to Friday, between 10:00 AM and 6:00 PM (IST).

  • Upon verification, our team will take appropriate action, which may include a replacement or exchange.

Exchange/replacement requests must be made within 7 days of delivery. Once approved, the exchanged/replaced product will be dispatched within 2–3 business Days and delivered within 3-7 business days after the returned item is received and inspected. Delivery timelines may vary depending on location, but typically replacements will reach you within 7–10 business days

 

2. Exchange Due to Change of Mind

  • If you wish to exchange a product due to a change of preference, please contact us within 24 hours days of receiving the product.
  • Exchange requests are subject to product condition, availability, and management approval
  • Once approved:
    • Product pickup will be arranged within 7 working days.

    • After passing Quality Assurance checks, the replacement product will be dispatched within 3–5 working days.

  • Pickup and re-delivery charges will be applicable and calculated based on:

    • Delivery location

    • Product size and weight


CANCELLATION POLICY

Order Cancellation by Art Living Decor

We strive to fulfill every order; however, Art Living Decor reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order under certain circumstances, including but not limited to:

  • Product unavailability
  • Pricing or stock inaccuracies
  • Technical or human errors
  • Payment or fraud-related concerns
  • Quality assurance issues or unforeseen circumstances

If an order is cancelled after payment has been made, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 working days.


Order Cancellation by Customer

  • Customers may cancel their order (fully or partially) within 24 hours of order confirmation, provided the order has not yet been dispatched.
  • Once dispatched, cancellation requests will not be accepted.


GENERAL CONDITIONS

  • Returned or exchanged products must be unused, uninstalled, and in their original packaging.
  • Art Living Decor reserves the right to decline any request that does not meet the policy conditions.
  • All decisions taken by Art Living Decor regarding returns, refunds, exchanges, or cancellations shall be final and binding.
